Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be taken up. Without objection, HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 was read the second time and was before the Senate on final passage. The question being: Shall HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 5 Authorizing a recess by the Senate and the House of Representatives for a period of more than three days, pass the Senate?
